Full Time Position
June 20-September 14 2025,
Optional 15 hours prior to season opening and after season closing
5 days per week, 9:45AM-5:15PM
Commission based sales - $0.50 per DTF transfer order, 20% of custom lettering with circuit (minimum $1.00)
Roles and responsibilities:
Open and close the shop and work independently throughout the days
Interact with customers and assist them with sales
Keep shop clean and tidy, regular rotation of products and customer facing displays
Open and close cash drawer, make change for customers, and use the point of sale system to complete transactions
Inventory and barcode new items, stock shelves, complete a monthly inventory
Assist customers with custom direct to garment custom printing as well as customization using the circuit machine (training will be provided)
Perks and compensation:
$17-$19/hour depending on experience
10% staff discount on consignment items
20% staff discount on Red Bandana Original items
Part Time Position
July 1 - September 1, 2025
2-3 days per week, 9:45AM-5:15PM
